  • We start with you. What is your situation right now, what have you tried, and what feels stuck.
  • We get specific. Whether the biggest blocker is your resume, your interviews, your search strategy, or something else entirely.
  • I give you a clear recommendation. The right next step for your situation, not a packaged program that may or may not fit.
  • If there is a fit, we talk about how to work together. If there is not, I will tell you that too and point you in a better direction.
